For over 25 years, Kaytie has left her creative fingerprint on literally hundreds of events. Comfortable in both national and international settings, she has produced events all over the world.
Kaytie’s ability to orchestrate thousands of ideas and check lists into a seamless guest experience is her unique gift. Over the years, she has developed proven systems and processes that crossover from technology conferences to black-tie galas.
In 2008 she launched Kt Event Solutions and has a strong annual event clientele in Portland, Oregon. She travels regularly with event management teams and specializes in pre-planning and on-site production execution for corporate conferences.
Prior to launching her business, Kaytie worked in the non-profit sector as an event and development director, vice president of development and board consultant. Adding to her resume a detailed understanding of non-profit management.
Kaytie’s personal passion is leading service teams to developing countries around the world. Her passion for helping people and logistic management skills have translated into helping thousands in villages and slums who are eager to know someone cares. Dedicated to international relief and development efforts, Kaytie recently took her 26th faith-based ministry team to Southeast Asia with plans already in the works for number 27!
MaryAnn was welcomed to the Kt Event Solutions team in 2015 as our Event Coordinator. MaryAnn has a wide variety of event planning and management experience. Her love of task lists and timelines has taken Kt Events systems and processes to new levels.
Prior to joining Kt Event Solutions, MaryAnn was a part of the events team for Sagacity Media, Inc. managing projects for Portland Monthly and Portland Bride & Groom Magazines. She has organized large scale trade shows working with Portland’s finest in hospitality and international fashion.
She thrives on turning chaos into a calm, smooth experience for her clients. No matter the size of brand, production, or team involved, MaryAnn is dedicated to giving her clients more than they could have imagined.
MaryAnn plays a key role on production teams for Portland’s most respected high-end fashion events. Her proven skills and experiences have earned her a part-time teaching position at The Art Institute of Portland, shaping the next generation of fashion event producers.
MaryAnn’s personal passion is her fitness journey. An avid member of the CrossFit community, she has a healthy addiction to her CrossFit box. Lifting weights, training, and sharing in the CrossFit lifestyle with committed friends keeps her motivated! Without a doubt, if there is something you can’t lift she will be there to lend a helping hand.
